Wholesale Policy

To purchase Mala Lutka products wholesale, please note that each doll is designed, handmade and energized so fabrics, colors, patterns and exact sizing will vary.

Wholesale Discount: Wholesale buyers receive a 33% discount from the suggested retail price of $29.95

Minimum Orders: The minimum initial order is 12 Mala Lutka dolls. There is no minimum re-order, but we assess a $5 handling fee on re-orders under $50.

Wholesale Packaging: Mala Lutka dolls are shipped in quantities of six or twelve per box. Each Mala Lukta doll is packaged within its own clear-view top gift box, along with a muslin carrying bag and tag including basic instructions and information.

New Accounts: A fully pre-paid order is required to establish an account with Clear Energy Balancing. For delivery within California, you must also provide a Seller’s Permit.

Accounts: After the first order, you/your company are listed with Clear Energy Balancing and may re-order any number of Mala Lutka dolls having met the initial Minimum Order requirement.

Payment: We accept checks, money orders, online payments via PayPal, as well as Visa and Mastercard. Please make all checks payable to "Clear Energy Balancing." We do not ship on open account nor on “COD” requests.

Shipping: Shipping is charged at actual cost. Clear Energy Balancing ships by either the Postal Service or USPS Parcel Post.

Returns: Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery to ensure that you have received all products ordered in satisfactory condition. Clear Energy Balancing accepts returns only for damage incurred during shipment, for overshipments, and for defective merchandise. Contact Clear Energy Balancing within 3 business days of receiving your shipment to explain the reason for your return and to obtain a return authorization number.

International Orders: Clear Energy Balancing welcomes international orders but can accept payment only in U.S. dollars. The customer is liable for any customs duties.

Free advertising: If you decide to carry Mala Lutka dolls, we will be happy to include you on our store/retailers page, along with your address, contact information, and a link to your website.
